There is no software available and it is required to contact the supplier of your EKG in order to obtain a replacement CD. In most of the cases, the software for these devices is delivered only when you purchase the product as one with all the necessary components.
I just bought a new ECG and it works with this new software, but I need it to work with an older monitor of the same type built in 12/2008. The new software does not work with this unit and it shows a message that the monitor is not switched on even if there is a recognized connection. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, try rebooting your old ECG device. If this doesn't fix it, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and open the utility. Locate your device driver, right-click on its icon and uninstall it. Reboot the computer, connect the ECG unit, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and reinstall the drivers. Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Keep-it-Easy System program. If you still have problems, you will need to contact the developers and request a version of the software compatible with your unit.
Launch the program and click the Click to view icon from the main menu. In the provided fields enter the patient ID, name, gender, birth date, height, weight, telephone, address, allergies and the case history (ECG diagnostic results) and press the green Add button. If something is incorrect, you can use the Modify button to change the information. For further assistance, you can use Google search engine to find an user guide.
We purchased an EKG monitor and we received also the Keep-it-Easy software (version 3.7.2) for uploading the results. We are unable to run the program. It opens to a splash screen that just sits there and does not bring up the menu screen. Where can we download the software in case that the CD is corrupted? We are using Windows XP as operating system.

From what it seems, the software is not installed correctly or it is not compatible with your system. In order to fix the issue, I suggest you to check if your computer meets all minimum system requirements:
OS: Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows Vista; Processor: Pentium III with 500MHz; RAM: 64Mb.
If the requirements are fulfilled, try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. If the installation package is corrupted, you need to contact your EKG machine supplier in order to obtain a replacement CD, because the software is not available for public downloading.
